When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a username you choose. We also collect the data you enter into the App — including your routine tasks, daily completions, log values, productivity goals, and goals you create — in order to provide the App's core functionality.
Kaizn Pro uses Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to handle account creation and sign-in. When you sign in with email/password or Google, Firebase processes your credentials securely. We do not store your password. Google's privacy policy governs Firebase Authentication data.
We use your information solely to operate and improve the App. Specifically:
We do not use your data for advertising or third-party marketing.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your data belongs to you.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service. Only you can access your data — our Firestore security rules enforce that your records are readable and writable only by your authenticated account.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen (Profile → Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your authentication credentials and all associated data from Firebase. This action is irreversible.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
